As the legend goes, Freon's name was "Blue" until he hopped in my service van; and we left that mean farmer's house. I was fixing the air-conditioner when yelps rang out from behind the barn. The farmer walked-up carrying Freon by the scruff of his neck and barks "that's the second rooster he's killed!" I looked up from the A/C panel and said "I'll discount the ticket and take em". A friendship was born and he's enjoyed riding with me on service calls ever since.

Michael was professional and knowledgeable but what impressed me the most was how he took the time to interact with my 5yo son who was interested in everything he was doing. He could have been in a rush to get to the next home, which I would have understood, but he explained each step he was taking to repair our issues as well as how each tool worked. My son can't wait until the next time our AC needs servicing.
